We can survey your property lines, set steel pins at the corners, compile a map, and write a legal description of your property for you. We can also perform a subdivision for you following your township/borough and county ordinances known as Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances (SALDO’s) as well as your municipal zoning ordinance. If your architect or contractor needs elevations/contours of your land prior to design, we can provide this service. In addition to on-lot sewage system design, we can provide on site consultation and advocacy while your Sewage Enforcement Officer is doing soil testing or percolation testing. We will willingly work with your lawyer, architect, contractor, PennDOT, municipal officials etc. to help make your project run more smoothly.
